For 2019 The Scottish Cross Country (SXC) Mountain Bike Series will be run by Glasgow Riderz supported by Shimano under their Shimano Presents banner. With the help of Shimano the committee hope to make each race an exciting, attractive event with Shimano providing on site tech support. We are super excited about our series next year! Our events are now all up on the British Cycling page for you to enter. As you know we put a poll out not long ago about female taster racing and we are pleased to announce the female taster race will be taking place on a shorted version of the big course to try and get an many women racing as possible! We are really lucky to have such great host venues for the season so its shaping up to be a brilliant year! So get these dates

FIRST ROUND OF THE 2016 SXC SERIES TO TAKE PLACE AT LAGGAN
The first round of the Scottish Cross Country MTB series takes place this weekend (Sunday 27th March) at Laggan Wolftrax, near Newtonmore. So, with a white Christmas looking less and less likely, I’m sure there will be a few letters up the chimney asking for mudguards and overshoes!
