Scottish Cross-Country (SXC) is a series of six off-road mountain bike races, run from March to September. One of the races will include the Scottish Championships. The series has races from age 12 to Super-Vet (60+). There is also an Under-12s short race at each round. General information: Race day schedule can be found at the bottom of the page. You must have a helmet, and bar plugs on your bike.

Over the past few years the riding ability of our U12 riders has grown and grown. Unfortunately the challenge of their course hasn’t risen at the same rate and many find the step up from the U12 course to the full adult course a big shock; in terms of distance, technical difficulty and lack of marshal/adult support. In order to make this transition easier for our 11-12 year old riders and to make their race more exciting and interesting we plan to radically change their race

6.00am Fish, Jason and others will have been setting gazebos, sign on, generator, sound and 100 other things – please bear this in mind!

Incorporated within this series is the Teams Competition. All riders for all eligible teams will gain points for their team. 2 Race Entries All competitors in the Teams Competition must be entered
