UPDATE EUROPEAN Course is go !! Just had the news that it has been officially passed as fit for use - and as planned we will be the first to race it -hope you are as excited as we are ?! This event will be acting as a trial on the course. Please note the event HQ is now on the North/ Castlemilk side rather than the South/Golf Course side . There is parking for about 50 cars there , I suspect some may need to use the south Car park . Timetables is same as usual on Sunday and presume track practice is after 1pm on Saturday . Remember it is not marshalled or First Aid covered on Saturday so please ride accordingly . Spectators and Photographers - please do not stray onto the course or within the taped areas - use good sense to avoid putting yourself and others in harms way . If a Marshal asks you to move please do so with good grace -they are there for everyone’s safety . Talking of marshals - we could do with a few more if anyone is available - there’s lunch and beer in it for you . Cathkin Braes is a well used local facility - if you encounter walkers or horse- riders please ride with due care and respect . Please do not drop litter -you risk DQ and the reputation of the SXC. Remember online entry will close at 12 midday on Friday 27th April . On the day entries are only available for Taster Male , Female and u8s/u10s. Let’s hope this sun lasts !
