Below is a rough sketch of the course area (see the map link). The majority of the course utilises existing mtb trails designed, I believe, by Rick Allsop of Drumlanrig fame! Some sections are run in reverse and there are some new linking bits.
No fire road beyond the start but sections of "blue" trail (quadbike width) widened to improve overtaking.

The course is at the trails at the west of the map, near the red quarry carpark. There is a woodland centre, playpark, classroom and family orientated trails and activities so its one to bring the family along to.
